Blocked Numbers
Overview
Using the Blocked Numbers feature, you can prevent callers from calling specific phone numbers or all of your phone numbers. There are many reasons why you may want to block specific numbers from calling your phone numbers such as robo-callers or problem customers who won't stop wasting your time and resource. By using the blocked numbers feature, any calls from the numbers you block will be rejected by the system and won't register in any of the dashboards- these calls will not consume resources included with your plan.
Any calls from a blocked number are not recoverable.
Where to Block Numbers
There are multiple places in the application where you can block numbers with the first being the Blocked Numbers screen.
You can also find the Block Caller option on the Calls Dashboard grid ellipse menu, the Call Details panel on the Calls Dashboard, the Caller's grid and the Caller's Timeline in the ellipse menu at the right end of each row.
