Configuring a Custom Tracking Domain

If you are not familiar with Custom Tracking Domains, please read the Introduction to Custom Tracking Domains before configuring your first custom tracking domain. Before proceeding, make sure you have access to your company's DNS settings as you will need to add both a TXT and CNAME record in your DNS provider's settings.

It is important that you select a short and well descriptive domain and subdomain to use as your custom tracking domain. We recommend using the 'qr' subdomain on your company's main branding domain as it is short and will be highly recognizable by your customers. We recommend your tracking domain look like this:

qr.[YourMainBrandDomain].com
