How to Export Data from QIVIR

Overview

There are two primary types of data that you can export form QIVIR, campaign performance data and current configuration data. Our goal is to provide various dashboards, reports and export options so you can pull any type of data that you need at any time. If you are unable to export the data you need, please submit a support request to support@qivir.io.


Exporting Performance Data

Exporting performance data changes bases on which screen you are on.

On the dashboards, you can export all the data contained in the main page's grid by clicking the Export button located under the filter options.

For charts, there is an icon on the top right corner of each chart that offers various options to download the data.

We will be adding additional reporting and data export options in the near future, but if there is something specific that you need, please submit a request to support@qivir.io to see if we can get you what you need right away.


Exporting Configuration Data

Exporting configuration data is straight forward, on each grid there is an export icon just to the left of the grid's refresh icon in the top right corner of the grid. Clicking this icon will export the all the data that is current visible in the grid to a Microsoft Excel document that will download to your device.

In many cases, there are more columns of data than are represented in the grid to make sure you have all the information about the items as possible.
