Available Text-to-Speech Voices
Overview
QIVIR offers several voices and language combinations to choose from, allowing you to make your call flow sound consistent and original to your business.
For single language call flows, you simply select the default Voice Profile you want your phone number to answer with. A Voice Profile is a combination of a language, the language variant, and the voice itself. Current we offer 26 voice profiles in 5 different languages with plans to add more as we expand our services.
To make your call flow multi-lingual, you simply enable the language selection option, select the Speech Profile you want to offer to the caller, and let QIVIR handle the rest. A Speech Profile is a collection of Voice Profiles in the order you want them presented to the caller.
The Languages and Voices
You can click on the voice name to here an example of the voice variant. While both Neural and Generative AI voices sound good, we suggest using the Generative AI voices for the best sounding call experience when possible.
